Marcia Holland, CAE, CEO, of Outcomes Unlimited, LLC, and a member of the SoCoCulture leadership team, provides consultations on how to make your organization more effective. Marcia has spent 20 years working with boards of directors and volunteers, helping them focus on going forward into the future with a sense of excitement. She is available to advise any organization to talk about how to have a peak performing board of directors, how to get new people to volunteer, and how to develop a simple but effective strategic plan.
