Auburn Arts Commission
Auburn Arts Commission is part of City of Auburn Parks, Arts & Recreation. Meeting rooms, halls, and banquet facilities are available to rent. The Auburn Avenue Theater will be available to rent later this year through Auburn Parks, Arts & Recreation. The Auburn Performing Arts Center, Auburn Riverside Theatre and Theatre at Mountainview are owned/operated by Auburn School District. Call 253.931.4827 for rental information on those venues.
Burien Arts Commission
The City of Burien manages the Burien Community Center which is a converted elementary school that has an auditorium/theater, small dance studios, and other multi-purpose rooms. The auditorium is primarily used on weekends for 4 months during the fall, winter, and spring seasons for Burien Little Theater productions. Burien is also home to the Highline Performing Arts Center, which is an 800 seat state-of-the-art professional venue owned and operated by the Highline School District.
Des Moines Beach Park Event Center
The Des Moines Beach Park Event Center welcomes arts organizations seeking new or expanded space. Evergreen City Ballet
Board room available for meetings; lobby available for events (parties, meetings, etc. for community and arts organizations).
Greater Kent Historical Society
Bereiter House available for small events, weddings.
Highline SeaTac Botanical Garden
The Highline Botanical Garden Foundation, in conjunction with the City of SeaTac, offers the Botanical Garden as a meeting or celebration venue. Covering 3.5 acres, the Garden offers ample outdoor seating for casual meetings or formal events with technical support: electricity for P.A. systems or music is available, and each season offers different views to enjoy. Indoor spaces are available to rent across the parking lot at the North SeaTac Community Center. Please contact Laura Sweany, Garden Manager, at 206-391-4003 for more information.

We have a 299-seat, air-conditioned theater with box office, dressing rooms, concessions

Meeting space in our main gallery and a small conference room.
Renton IKEA Performing Arts Center
White River Valley Museum
Full museum (capacity 100) for $125 per hour. Muckleshoot Room (capacity 20-30) including restrooms, gallery and gift shop area for $40 per hour.
