This fund prioritizes organizations located in, and providing services to, historically underserved communities within King County. Application deadline for stipend: 7/14/2020, 5 PM
Starting in September, this year-long, monthly online workshop series is for community organizations to learn how to acquire, improve, and develop cultural spaces for their activities. Workshop sessions will be announced early August.

Workshops will cover topics such as organizational readiness, leadership development, building effective partnership, finance, fundraising, grant writing, marketing, and lease negotiations. It will also include a step-by-step look at what’s involved in taking on a capital project. Your organization can participate in individual sessions or as part of a Cohort that engages in the full, year-long workshop series.

4Culture will offer $1,000 stipends for Cohort participants, and up to $100 per session to cover childcare costs or other support that remove barriers to participation. For more information about the stipends, visit https://www.4culture.org/grants/building-for-equity-learning-circles/

For both of the opportunities above, 4Culture will hold informational workshops via Zoom on Thursday, June 25, at 3 PM and again on Wednesday, July 8, at 3 PM. To participate in this workshop, you will need a Zoom account, and you will also need to register for the workshop.
