Project Feast

Train for a culinary career in Project Feast’s four-month-long, hands-on program! The Culinary Apprenticeship Program is open to immigrants and refugees (regardless of time spent in the U.S.), who qualify as low-income and whose English proficiency is ESL 2 or higher. Project Feast’s Culinary Apprenticeship combines classroom, kitchen, and ESL lessons to prepare you for a good job in a food business or to start your own food business. You will earn a certificate through Highline College’s Continuing Education Department. The training takes place at Ubuntu Street Cafe, 202 W Gowe Street, Kent.
