A Glimpse of the Puget Sound Regional Archives – hosted by the South King County Genealogical Society

February 15 @ 10:00 am - 12:00 pm

Free

Quietly tucked away on the campus of Bellevue College is a mysterious building. People visit this building; some arrive with anticipation, others arrive with determination. People leave with a promise to return; some perplexed, others jubilant. It is the Puget Sound Regional Branch of the Washington State Archives! Here you will find the regional resource in the area of public records and information management.

Midori Okazaki, Archivist at the Puget Sound Regional Archives, returns to address the SKCGS meeting at Wesley Lea Hill for an encore presentation. It will be a good refresher on the use of archives for those of us who have heard her before, and information you can use for those who have not.
