According to the “72-Year Rule,” the National Archives releases census records to the general public 72 years after Census Day. As a result, the 1950 census records will be released in April of 2022. Genealogist and researcher, Janice Lovelace, will discuss the unique qualities of the 1950 Census as well as cover what we can learn from the data of the U.S. Censuses from 1790-1950.

This online session takes an in-depth look at the value of census data. For adults.
