Plateau Area Writers Association Quarterly Meeting – Laura Moe and Mark Ortega

Plateau Area Writers Association presents Laura Moe, author of multiple articles, stories, screenplays, and poems, and the novels Breakfast with Neruda (a 2018 Finalist for the Washington State Book Awards,) Blue Valentines, and The Language of the Son.

Mark Ortega will be speaking during the Education segment. He has written over 500 poems and published 13 original books of poems. His most recent book, Stardust, is unique in that all of the poems in the book are accompanied by photos he has taken.
