Learn from our featured speaker, nonprofit consultant Richard Beckerman, how to create a strategic plan that really works and why you should have one. Richard will include actionable steps you can take. Richard has a lengthy nonprofit background, including management positions at the Museum of Flight and Seattle Arts Museum, as well as running his own consulting company. His goal is to ensure nonprofits realize their visions by improving their effectiveness at both the organizational and operational levels. Light refreshments included.
