Celebrate the trees of King County! Cedar trees have played an important role in the lives of people who have lived here since time immemorial. Come learn about these majestic trees that grow to great size in the Pacific Northwest, yet are imperiled by climate change today. Visit the Soos Creek Botanical Garden to see the big trees of the Ole and Sarah Skagen Cedar Grove. Discover how the library can help you learn more about trees in your backyard, woods and beyond.
