The International Children’s Friendship Festival
Entry deadline: 3/1/2021
International Children’s Friendship Festival Arts Showcase will be happening virtually this year on the weekend of April 17-18, from 11 AM – 2 PM both days. This is the premier children’s cultural festival in the Pacific Northwest. Our mission is to help build a peaceful future where all peoples of the world respect, appreciate, and enjoy the many rich and diverse cultures that make up our global community. The festival motto is “Peace at home and peace in the world.”
During the festival, kids ages 5-12 can share their artistic talents in the Festival’s Arts Showcase. The theme is “Friendship, what does it mean to you?” Draw, paint, sculpt, take a photo or video (this includes your stop motion Lego movies) to show how you would answer that question.
Arts Showcase participation info and the specifications about how to submit your art work can be found at http://childrensfest.tacawa.org/visual-arts-showcase/
