The Washington Trust is seeking a Communications Coordinator who will spearhead strategy and implementation for all communications of the Washington Trust for Historic Preservation in order to consistently articulate the mission and goals of the organization. In all messaging, the Communications Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining a cohesive organizational voice and ensuring broad accessibility for a myriad of audiences to the Washington Trust’s work.
Reporting directly to the Development Director, the Communications Coordinator will work closely with multiple Washington Trust staff members to support communications for a variety of programs and events—including Washington Main Street, the Maritime Washington National Heritage Area, advocacy initiatives such as the Most Endangered Places Program, grant programs, and fundraising efforts such as donor campaigns and annual events.
