Facilitated by Malia Peoples, a Native Hawaiian textile artist and fashion designer. For ages 13 and older, ages 12 and younger with adult.

Join an exploration of the Hawaiian Art of Kapa (bark cloth) and learn how Native Hawaiians are protecting this complex art form from extinction. Get a deeper understanding of Hawaiian Arts and Culture and create their own Kapa-inspired piece of art to take home. Supplies included in this free class.
