Auburn’s Halloween Harvest Festival, held on October 28, is a fun-filled afternoon of arts & crafts and carnival games that serves approximately 3,000 children ages 2-10 and their families.
Organizations or businesses are invited to participate in this fun Trunk-or-Treat event. Participating organizations will provide their own trunk activity (see photo examples below), and as a trunk vendor, are required to provide a special giveaway or treats to be given to youth participants. Vendors may provide informational materials about their programs or business.
Prizes will be awarded to the most creative (fun, not scary) trunk. You are also encouraged to dress up in costumes appropriate for a 2-10 year-old audience.
Youth participants will Trunk-or-Treat around the path in Les Gove Park and enjoy outdoor music and other fun Fall activities.
To participate as a “trunk” with your business or organization in this event, please complete the online Trunk-or-Treat Vendor Application.
Application deadline is October 10, 2023. Applications received after that date will only be considered on a space-available.
