The South King County Genealogical Society’s aim is to stimulate interest in genealogy and aid individual members in compiling their family records; seek genealogical and historical knowledge; preserve and perpetuate the records of our ancestors; and promote the preservation of public and private genealogical materials. Serving the communities of Algona, Auburn, Black Diamond, Burien, Covington, Des Moines, Enumclaw, Federal Way, Kent, Maple Valley, Normandy Park, Pacific, Ravensdale, Renton, SeaTac and Tukwila.
In normal times, we meet on the third Saturday of each month from 10-12 AM (except July, August and December) at Wesley Lea Hill, 32049 109th Place SE, Auburn. We also have Interest Groups such as Family Tree Maker and Genetic Genealogy/DNA that meet monthly. All of our meetings are taking place through Google Meet during 2020 and 2021 (until reopening can occur). More information on our Website and our Facebook page.
