Beyond the Frame – To Be Native

Beyond The Frame – To Be Native will be hosting a free symposium to explore the history, intent, and legacy of Edward S. Curtis and the scholarly and artistic commentaries and perspectives of Native Americans, First Nations people, and non-natives surrounding the many issues. This symposium will be held November 16-17, 2018 in the Central Library of the Seattle Public Library. 
 
There is an opening for a Symposium CoordinatorIt is a part time, flexible job which could work well for a part time employee or student.  We are particularly interested in having a Native American or First Nations person come on board to ensure we present a balanced and focused symposium.
 
The job will build organizational skills, deepen professional networks, and provide opportunities to work with a variety of people.

Maximum compensation is $4000. No benefits are included.
