Two-part series: 4/16 and 4/23, 6:30 PM
On April 16, participants will discuss the evolution and importance of posture as well as posture awareness. Learn to do a mindful assessment of your posture to understand what it may be telling you. We will also notice and discuss how different postures make us feel.
On April 23, you’ll be assisted in conducting a self-assessment of your posture and focusing on certain exercises to improve posture from your head to your toes.
Both sessions will be interactive and involve movement, so please wear comfortable clothing. These FREE workshops are led by Hansie Wong, an Integrative Health Coach who specializes in stress and lifestyle management.
